Soya lecithin in Ice Cone / Wafer

Application for SOYA LECITHIN LIQUID used in involved in bakery,biscuit,confectionery,choclate etc foods industry will be:
1) Ice Cone / Wafer: It preveent moisturization, minimize crackness of cones/ Wafers.

4) Biscuit:reduces the need of fats,Shelf time of Biscuits increases and Flavor, increases the softness,taste of Biscuits improves.
